We support young people aged between 16 and 25 by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations through:
24/7 Support: Round-the-clock assistance and supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Life Skills Development: Support with activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting, to foster independence and self-sufficiency.
Social Activities: Organised social events, outings, and recreational activities to promote socialisation and community engagement.
Transitional Support: Assistance with transitioning to independent living, including guidance on finding employment, education, or other community resources.
